Thing is, Alito cited all of those things as potential bad precedent. We can’t trust them.

And I know there are sensible republicans, but the Overton window is so far right they’re basically Tories. Heck, so are half the democrats.

But I kinda hope you’re right. I would love to see the Republican party as it is currently constituted cease to exist and be replaced with something saner.
