This highlights something a lot of people don't grasp about working animals:

1. They do enjoy at least some parts of their job.

2. We CARE about whether a working animal enjoys their job. A lot of service dogs wash out because they don't want to do it (btw, if you're looking for a pet that already has good training on it, it's worth contacting a service dog charity about adopting a wash out.)

Why do we care? Because they do a better job and forcing an animal to do something is no fun, even if it's sometimes necessary (Yes, G, you do need to practice your canter circles no matter how much you hate them).
