This is what happened on Saturday in downtown Baltimore too. An altercation turned into a shooting that left a 17 year old dead and a 17 year old and 15 year old injured. (The 15 year old, thankfully, was not injured seriously, although the mental and physical scars will stay with her).

The shooter is still at large but is also believed to have been a juvenile.

It's not even just grown ass adults doing this, in other words.

I don't know if gun control is all of the answer. We are under policed and over policed at the same time.

But I think part of the answer is that people need something to DO so they won't get into as many fights. Everyone's stressed right now, which isn't helping, but we need to help people, especially kids, find ways to channel it that aren't getting into fights.
