This would also affect some intersex women. It defines anyone without ovaries and/or with a Y chromosome as a "male."

It also says accrediting organizations can't take adverse action. This is going to end up in the courts. And it's going to make home games reaaal tough for Ohio universities. If I was a parent I would not allow my child to travel to Ohio to compete.

Also, there is no minimum age. This applies to elementary school kids (who don't need to be segregated anyway). If I lived in Ohio and had a daughter I would move. And I would hope no doctor would perform a full genital examination on a minor girl without a good medical reason. Which is what they seem to expect.
