Unfortunately, even "presentation" is starting to cause issues. There are instances of gender non conforming cis women being escorted out of women's bathrooms because they look like men. Best to just not police it.

As for drag queens, drag queens are still men. They traditionally use a female name and pronouns while performing, but the entire point is that they're still men. Drag kings are still women, in the same way. it's a specific way of playing with gender.

Additionally, gender neutral bathrooms and family bathrooms are not always available. In some cases, restaurants that have two single user restrooms are legally required by code to designate them by gender (which is stupid, there is ZERO reason why a single user one room restroom should ever be anything but gender neutral, well, except for some men's poor aim, but...) Saying that you can just use the gender neutral bathroom *does not always work* and often leaves that person with no place to go. Just don't worry about what equipment the person in the next stall has, ya know.
