We should tie this into the battle to allow kids in school to carry their rescue inhaler with them.

NOBODY should EVER be separated from their rescue inhaler. I don't care what rules there are. If you are prescribed a rescue inhaler it should be on or near your person 24/7. Period. No matter who you are or what you have done.

Sorry not sorry, I'm real pissed about this one.
