Glass made with vegetable lime rots, so they could have had significant glass work that wouldn't have survived more than a century or so once abandoned, if they didn't have mineral lime glass.

So the Nazca people creating a hot air balloon? One thing we could do is analyze the folklore of groups living in the area. They probably know who made those things anyway...white people are so terrible at listening...and it's possible that there would be evidence of that technology in their stories.
