You literally don't understand biology.

First of all, what makes a male male is not the Y chromosome, it's the SRY gene. This gene can be missing. It can show up on an X chromosome. While most XY females have some symptoms, we don't know how many don't because, as I already mentioned, it doesn't get tested for unless fertility is being investigated.

Second of all, there are individuals who have a Y chromosome and an SRY gene, but who's systems don't respond to androgens. This results in a female phenotype, although generally they don't have ovaries or a uterus. The vast majority consider themselves to be women.

You are, yes, correct that men have larger lungs, but this doesn't map directly to performance or endurance. Training is much more important than natural lung capacity or VO2max in most sports.

Trans women are not out there winning everything, ya know.
