You should watch it. As scary as this is to admit, it’s a classic. It’s part of the spiritual roots of a LOT of modern television. And there is some absolutely fantastic writing and acting. It DOES have its issues, it’s not the “perfection” some people will, esp. with nostalgia, claim. But it’s a significant show that inspired a lot, even outside genre television.
